2023 caligraphy trouble with touch locks

I have a 2023 calligraphy. I am having issues with the touch locks not working half the time. Touch the lock button and nothing happens, have to use key fob. Same with unlocking, walk up to vehicle, light goes on behind handle, pull handle nothing happens. Had it in twice, dealership, they say nothing wrong.???. Anyone else having these issues?
